Graduation ceremony at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences

All graduates of Ansbach University of Applied Sciences from the class of 2025 who complete their studies by September 30, 2025, are invited to attend.

Ticket sales start on July 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and end on October 5, 2025. There are only a limited number of tickets available, so the following applies: Only while stocks last!

Yes, the number of participants is limited due to space constraints. Therefore, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets can be returned up to and including October 5, 2025, for a full refund of the ticket price.

If tickets are returned up to and including October 17, 2025, a refund of 40% of the ticket price will be issued.

No refunds will be given after October 18, 2025.

If you are unable to attend the event, please let us know in any case.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation with the invoice by email. Please transfer the invoice amount to the specified account.

Once the payment has been assigned to your order, you will receive confirmation of receipt of payment. This process can take up to two weeks. You will receive your tickets by email approximately two weeks before the event.

Unfortunately, no. Participation in the graduation ceremony is only possible if the degree certificate can be issued by September 30, 2025. This is the case if all grades for the 2025 summer semester have been finalized. In this case, the degree documents will be available online in PRIMUSS.

Yes, you can attend the ceremony, but you will not be counted as a graduate. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot be honored. However, if you would still like to celebrate with your fellow students, you are very welcome to do so.

You can order a maximum of four tickets for the graduation ceremony per order. Each graduate is therefore allowed to bring up to three guests. A ticket must be purchased for each person attending the graduation ceremony, regardless of whether they are a graduate or a guest.

No, pets are not allowed at the graduation ceremony.

A ticket must be booked for every person attending the graduation ceremony who requires a seat, including children.

For children under the age of 12, there is a discounted child ticket category available for €9.
To obtain such a child ticket, first book a normal ticket for each (accompanying) person, including the child, when placing your order.
After completing your order, please send us an email to alumni@hs-ansbach.de indicating the person for whom the child ticket is intended. We will manually change the ticket category and adjust the price accordingly.

For young people aged 12 and over, the regular ticket price of €81 applies. In this case, no price changes are possible.

Do you have high chairs for children at the event?

Yes, that is possible, of course.

When purchasing tickets, seats can be selected using our seating plan on the website. No individual seats may be left empty. Please ensure that you choose your seats sensibly.

Festive attire is requested.

Yes, the food will be served buffet style. You can choose from a wide variety of dishes. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options. In addition, there will be a selection of gluten-free dishes. When ordering your tickets, please indicate any dietary preferences or intolerances in the corresponding field.

A professional photographer will take photos of the graduates and the entire ceremony. By attending this event, you agree to the photos being taken and published. These will be made available as a password-protected download after the graduation ceremony. You will receive the access data by email.
